FOUNDER/Dance Teacher

With nearly a Decade of Dance teaching experience, Miss Kaitlynn specializes in foundational learning for Tap, Jazz, Ballet, and Lyrical. Miss Kaitlynn started dancing at the age of 5 and never wanted to stop. She currently works for the National Dance Education Organization. She has spent the time living and teaching in surrounding Washington, D.C. area. She prides herself on creating positive, inclusive learning environments to ensure that all students get the education they need! Since returning to the Western, NY region she has been teaching at Strike it Up Artistic Center in Ontario, NY. She has also volunteered as an adjudicator for the Rochester Broadway Theatre League's "Stars of Tomorrow" program.

This project serves as a callback to her 2011/2012 Girl Scout Gold Award Project where she used her talents to share dance with her community within the Sodus Central School District. Her passion for dance and education over the last ten years have been propelling her to this project to continue sharing dance with her community in an affordable and accessible way.

Kaitlynn uses her experience as a dance educator, event specialist and passion for community action to drive the mission of this organization.
